Hey Guys!
As indicated by the very very first post (Nov. 14), it's taken me a little while to get around to this.........but we're here, and there's nothing I love more than a beginning!
I think this blog will be terrifically useful; it'll provide insight into running a small business, whether the business is service based (retail for example) or wholesale (like having your own clothing line). Then there will be the stories/news items I pick up from customers and any drama (good or bad) surrounding the store and/or Kensington Market. In keeping with The Rage philosophy of supporting local creative talent, this will be a great way to provide a little extra exposure to emerging Toronto artists, designers, musicians, etc. Each post will include a new picture, usually customers who've been part of a great instore moment. Didn't catch the names of the characters pictured here, but shit we had fun.....will make sure to catch names and details from here on in........ As time goes on, the designer list (with accompanying links) will get filled in properly. Apologies now for forthcoming spelling/grammatic errors in the entries. See you tomorrow? xo s. |
