Good thing there's always the exception, and guess who the badass rebels are in this town? As if you had to ask.... The Rage is a retail venue dedicated to promoting Toronto culture. Period.
Every goddamn item in the store is designed and made by young Toronto-based artists EXCLUSIVELY. We've got designers from Ryerson U, Seneca and George Brown College, a number of grossly talented high school students, and a bunch of young women who work full/part time while getting their line going. The Rage believes style and fashion is for everyone, so it needs to be affordable and absolutely wearable. The designers need to build a reputation, so ensuring their work is accessible and constantly improving is an asset to everyone! Best of all, any money spent, whether at the hands of the customer, the designer or The Rage, all the money STAYS IN TORONTO.
The Rage is most useful to anyone who understands that the right attitude makes you hot, first and foremost. Style is for fun, communication, expression, but most of all IT'S FOR YOU! Forget media, fuck celebrity (those guys have stylists anyway). Rage stylegirls are too busy sporting fresh gear and getting shit done to bother. They know what's hot, and it has nothing to do with the 50 different nightcremes whatever magazine is trying to push this week.
